Lions are one of my favorites of the things I have made.
The purple tie dye was made recently for a custom order out of cotton duck cloth that I had tie dyed by Long Dog Art. You can find them on facebook. It was a really fun make! I am waiting for some inspiration to strike for the rest of the tie dye fabric, because there are some really cute designs!!
The orange lion you might recognize from my main picture. He was adopted by a young lady in Heber Springs that was making yummy treats over the summer and selling them at the maker’s markets I was attending. She used some of her profits to buy it at the end of the season. She was there again the next year and when asked how the lion was, she told me that his name was Leo and he attended her home school group with her and was the class’s emotional support lion. I love that one of my creations has found such a good home!
